Manchester City are close to sign Wayne Brigde from Chelsea on a 12m€ fee. He is scheduled to appear Friday at City of Manchester Stadium to sign a new deal.
They are close to sign Blackburn forward Roque Santa Cruz on 18m€ transfer fee.
