Tottenham early summer shopping

Tottenham have revived their £8m bid for Juventus midfielder Tiago. Spurs are also tracking £20m Valencia striker David Villa and could make a summer bid for Blackburn's David Bentley.

Tottenham boss Juande Ramos, now busy planning a summer clear-out, has Portsmouth's Ghanaian midfielder Sulley Muntari in his sights. Aaron Lennon could be the shock casualty as Spurs are willing to listen to £10m offers.

Everton boss David Moyes is tracking Sevilla midfielder Seydou Keita. The Spanish club believe the Mali international can be as good as Michael Essien and will want £10m for him.

Manchester United have jumped ahead of Barcelona as favourites to sign £10m-rated Argentine star Ezequiel Garay from Racing Santander. Lyon and Juventus have also shown interest in the in-form central defender.

Peter Crouch is also a potential summer target for Eriksson, who is disappointed with his team's loss of form in the past two months.

Manager Sven-Goran Eriksson will submit a list of summer transfer targets to Manchester City owner Thaksin Shinawatra, with Croatia midfielder Luka Modric top of the pile. But Chelsea remain in pole position to clinch a £17m deal with Dynamo Zagreb.
