The Toronto Maple Leafs have acquired goaltender Vesa Toskala and winger Mark Bell from the San Jose Sharks in exchange for first and second-round picks in 2007 and a 2009 fourth-round pick. The Sharks are clearing cap space to acquire the rights to Chris Drury, and to trade Patrick Marleau to the Montreal Canadiens.
Aucoin waives no-trade to go to Calgary.
